What is wrong if my oven trips the circuit breaker?

If the oven trips the circuit breaker, that means that there ais more power being pulled from the circuit that the circuit breaker can handle.

Make sure that there is not any other appliance on that line. Your oven should have it's own power circuit.

You may have some other appliances that are wired into the same circuit. Too many lamps, space heaters, or other high-energy devices combined with your oven could trip the circuit breaker.

Your oven may be using up too much current. Make sure that it is in good repair. The wire between the oven and the circuit breaker could be too small.
