Epididymitus is a condition in which a structure on the testicle is inflamed and irritated. Therefore, there is no treatment for females. Antibiotics are used in order to treat.

Epididymitis is inflammation of the tube that is in a testicle. Treatment includes support of the scrotum, bed rest, and appropriate antibiotic. Women don't have epididymides.

epididymitus is a bacterial infection which is generally treated with normal antibiotics, either via IV, a shot or tablets. The type of antibiotic depends on thebacterial strain causing the infection. Since it is an infection of the epididymis, which are only present in men, woman will not suffer from epididymitus and do not require treatment.

It is very different for females, because females lack an epididymus. Assuming that the epididymitis is bacterial, then the treatment would be an appropriate antibiotic for that bacterium.
