What is the standard pipeline lease rate?

I have a gas company wanting to lease some land from me for a pipeline and I want to make sure they are offering me a good rate.

There is no "standard. " The rate depends on a number of factors and should be negotiated by a professional. There are real estate professional and attorneys who deal in these matters.

There is no rate, this is a misnomer. Everything depends on the factors and area all lay out by the contractor. Which you can't find a rate before an evaluation.

I have seen $2500 per acre, but seriously, this could be outdated and be more/less and depends on the market and your location. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission determines this, and you should consult them for your rights and protections.

I am currently reviewing a lease that is going to get me $15,000 to cross 458 feet of field at the edge of my property. It is a 50 ft. wide easement
