There is no specific beef between Southern Baptists and Disciples of Christ. Outside of the usual feuding between Christian factions. Some of the differences between the two may cause strife, but this could be said of any two groups.

As a Southern Baptist, I can tell you this is not true; we admire the disciples and use them as role models for their teaching and spreading of the word of God.

Both are Christian groups. Becasue of the rigidity of their beliefs, I would expect the average Southern Baptist to look down on Disciples and question their "salvation".

Southern Baptists don't think much of anyone who isn't a Southern Baptist. For that matter, they don't always think that much of other Southern Baptists, if they're from "someplace else".
