What is the resolution of digital photography?

The resolution measures the pixel dimensions of the image. A photo printer used by labs prints at 320 pixels per inch. A 4x6 would use 3mp. 8x10 would use a little over 8mp. The lens has a huge part to play. A camera with high 10mp can take worse images than a 3mp camera with a good lens.

Resolution means the size of the image which will take from the camera.Resolution is generally expressed in terms of megapixels that is like how many pixels are captured by a camera in single image.Resolution depends on the camera and the user who is taking the images.It can be form 1 to 10 megapixels.More the megapixels better the quality
