What is the required width of a normal two way street? Can one way streets be smaller in width? What if there is a bike lane?

The width of any street would depend on the decision of the municipality. Some older parts of a community would naturally have more narrow streets.

There isn't a standard required width. While some cities may have ordinances that require a standard width, theres no national requirement. One way streets can be wider or more narrow than a 2 way.
