Olives are rich in Vitamins (especially Vitamin E), minerals, monounsaturated fats, and anti-oxidants. They fight against a number of critical diseases; including cancer, arthritis, osteoprosis, constipation, inflammation and asthma.

Yes - olives are high in vitamins (especially E), minerals (copper, iron, calcium & magnesium), omega 3 fatty acids, monounsaturated fats, and antioxidants. Traditionally cured olives (at the "olive bar" or deli section of the grocery store) are much healthier than the ones out of a can, which are high in sodium.
