What is the normal voltage on a kill switch to a switch box?

There is no normal voltage on a kill switch to a switch box. The voltage varies based on how much can feed the box and how much the electric company supplies through the meter. Master switches normally range from 70 amps to 200 amps. From experience I would say that 100 amps is the most seen.

Typically in a home or garage it is 220 volts. There are larger ones but they are mainly used in commercial/industrial applications.

There will be two coils present in the magneto. If a magnet passes through the U shaped metal armature current is induced in the primary coil. Here killswitch will byepass the internal switch and will not allow to break or collapse. So no voltage will be induced through the secondary.
