Some people consider caviar a upper class delicacy, and of course they are not encouraged to think anything else with the likes of the Almas Caviar in the market. Almas Caviar is obtained from a rare 70 year old albino sturgeon captured in the Caspian Sea, and it retails $44,000.

Almas is a caviar that is very costly. A great caviar will be made from a fish that is aged. It is not dark in color.

It's a brand called Almas. It comes from Iran so it's only produced in very small quantities and hard to get as a general rule. It is a very light color and often referred to as royal caviar. Hope that helps.
