This is a tough question. But yes in terms of dangerous to other humans then yes, more humans are killed as a result (indirect or direct) of other humans than by all other animal related deaths combined.
Sharks and whales are typically considered the most dangerous animal on earth. Depending on where you live and the surrounding habitat, this could change. Sometimes it is man, alligator, sharks, whales, etc.
