Johnnie Walker Scotch Whiskey is the lowest carb whiskey in my opinion. It has 4 variations, Red Label, Black Label, Gold Label, and Blue Label. All of the different types of this whiskey have 0g of carbs. Not only do they have 0g of carbs, but I have read many good reviews about the smoothness, and taste being the best.

Canadian Mist, Canadian R&R Whiskey, Chivas Regal Scotch Whiskey, Cougar Bourbon, Crown Royal Whiskey and Canadian Club Whiskey have zero carbohydrates. Red Label Johnnie Walker Scotch Whiskey also has no carbohydrates. These statistics are per serving of 100ml.

All whiskey should have a 0mg carb count. The only carbs should come from something that would be added to the alcohol that would have sugar in it such as soft drink. Sometimes there are flavors added to whiskey that may or may not add carbs.

Alcohol has a lot of empty calories. If you insist on drinking, you should opt for a light beer or small drink. You should put restrictions and allow yourself a drink once you have been healthy in another aspect.
