All gymnastic sports require strength and flexibility. Rings and parallel bars require arm strength; balance beam and vaulting emphasize leg strength; floor exercise stresses balance and grace. All are difficult.

This depends on your level of training and is really personal to everyone. For example someone who is super flexible might find bars harder than doing the splits while someone without a good sense of balance would really struggle with anything on the balance beam. Some would even say that the hardest stuff is the stuff you like least.

Gymnastics skills are rated by difficulty, with "A" skills being the easiest and "F" or "G" skills being the hardest. In the Women's code of points, there are three F skills and two G skills on Floor: Piked Arablian Double Front (F) Three and half Twist (F) Double Layout (F) Double Back with Double Twist (G)
