There's no way to target an area for fat reduction on the body. Just do aerobic exercise and eat right, and fat will melt off your whole body.

You can't 'spot-reduce' fat: all-over fitness work is required. Do 2-3 days of cardio (running, swimming) per week and 2 weights sessions. Do situps to tone.
