What is the easiest state to become a police officer?

It is alot easier to get hired by a department if your application is squeaky clean. Poly's and CVSA's are a joke and just interview tools. Lie on them. It will work and it will be easier to get hired. I have passed a million, I should know.

There is no such state. Everyone who want to become a police officer has to fit the qualifications and then take the state test. They are basically all the same.

There really isn't an "easiest state", they've all toughed up requirements to avoid liability. The easiest WAY is to seek out small town departments that are willing to let you learn on the job, or conversely, large departments that will help pay for your training. The easiest way is to be former military or prior emergency care such as EMT/firefighter.

It is not easy to become a police officer. Both the screening process and training are challenging in order to maintain a high level of professionalism and competency in order to keep the public, the law, and the officer safe.

There isn't one state that is easier than the other regarding the process of becoming a police officer. Most city police police departments require at least a high school diploma followed by a series of physical, psychological and written tests. You'll probably be educated in the rules of local law enforcement.

Police agencies want an officer of integrity and good moral character. If you don't self incriminate yourself that's okay. I not a scumbag committing excessive uses of force or breaking the law. I simply "re-articulate". Selling yourselfout is what keeps good cops from getting hired. The badones have noproblem lying.
