What is the difference between Greek Orthodox Catholics vs Protestant Catholics?

There is confusion over terms here. Greek Orthodox is different from Catholic. Protestants were a reformation of the Catholic church. These are three distinct branches of Christianity. The Catholic church is the oldest and traces their history back to the disciple Peter and they say he was the first pope. Greeok Orthodoxy is similiar but has slightly different theology.

The Greek Orthodox Church has as twelve leaders because Jesus had twelve apostles, while the Catholic Church only has the pope as its leader.
