Business management plans, controls and co-ordinates a business so that it can be profitable, liquid and survive in a competitive market. Management makes sure that value is created for customers, that revenues are greater than costs, and that problems are addressed and resolved.

A great business manager is a great problem solver, knows what needs to be done, and encourages his employees to get the project done efficiently and on time. Business management means understanding the Macro and Micro economic structure, supply and demand and how to meet the needs of the public.
