Where is the washer pump located in a Hyundai Accent?
Assume I'm taking it to a repair shop.
The labor to actually put on the sensor is hardly anything (maybe $25). However, if it needs to be calibrated, that's going to be $100. Also, the part is not cheap, especially if its a factory part - probably $75.
The service engine light indicates a problem in the computer controlled engine management system. We recommend a scanner that you can use to scan your computer for faults or error codes.
The part is going to be around $20-40 and the labor will probably be the minimum or an hour depending on the shop policy. Probably looking at $50-80 total, plus taxes and fees, if applicable.
It depends on their labor rate, but they will charge around $150 to replace it. It may, however, only need adjusting, which should be easy for them to do if they are a competent shop.
Depending on the year the part is anywhere from $48 to $118. If you are getting a code for the TPS be aware that you could also have a faulty Mass Air Flow Sensor.
