What is the best way to keep meat warm in the oven?

I usually need time to get the other dishes ready.

Keep it on a low (bottom) shelf on a low heat. Cover it, or it will get dried up. Wrap it in aluminum foil with a little of its juices.

Once your meat is fully cooked, wrap it in aluminum foil, return it to the oven with the oven on low--probably 250 degrees. Or you can put the meat in a roasting pan with 1/2 cup of water, cover the pan, put in oven at 250 degrees.
