Your best bet would be to wash your hands very often. You could try to have someone help you so you don't feel as afraid. Germs are really everywhere and your skin is what protects you from them. However, you are probably best to take showers more often and wash your hands whenever you can.

Everywhere we are, every object that you've seen or come in contact, has germs. Most germs are harmless. As long as you keep clean, there is no need to worry.

Keep yourself as clean as you can. Wash your hands regularly, shower often, etc. You will be fine, now go out and face the world!

Conquer it. Try to clean such a messy place. Don't be afraid to be dirty. Make sure that you are healthy.
