She needs an antibiotic and you must protect her against the cold air. Must clean her bed and give her all the water she wants. Consult your vet doctor.

Does your dog go to boarding? He may have caught kennel cough which is extremely contagious to other dogs. You can use a nebulizer to break up some of the phlegm. They may fight a little but it will help them.

There could be several causes for your dog to be experiencing excessive phlegm. Most likely your dog has an infection. You should take your dog to a veterinarian as soon as you can.

In cases like this it is always best to contact your dog's vet before administering any kind of medication. It's always risky to self diagnose or treat your animal.

Get your Yorkie to the Vet. He may have a collasped trachea. The vet will prescribe pills to help clear his bronchia. This should help alot to ease chronic phlegm!
