To just get information is not enough you have to see practically you have to work on the project too For that you have to go to university of electricity board and you have to study you have to take knowledge and give exam too. So this is the correct and best source.

Check out your local library's home improvement section and flip through several of their books that cover electrical projects. Always confirm with your local building code.

Your best source of information about an electrical project would be to talk to an electrician that has been in the trade for awhile. Most electricians will take the time to go over any questions you have. If they don't, you don't want them doing your work.
