Assume a week's worth of clothing. 5 shirts, $15 each, $75 total. 5 pants, $20 each, $100 total. However, that is short sleeved only. Add in long sleeved shirts or sweat shirts, and that becomes another $75 for shirts. That is a minimum total of $250 for uniforms - not including shoes, jackets, or dresses.

They normally cost about $50 per outfit, more depending upon the quality of fabrics that are used for each particular school.

realizing that all schools are different and may require different articles for a dress code, the latest stats show that it could cost up to $162 for a complete schoool uniform. of course that varies if you buy more then one shirt or pair of pants, which is often the case.

At low cost stores like JC Penney or Kohls, school uniforms can be found for twenty to thirty dollars a set.

It all depends on what type of uniforms. Khaki pants can run from 10-50 dollars. Plaid skirts can cost from 10-25 dollars. Polos should cost from 25-35 dollars, and to get your logo embroidered another 8 dollars. And Long sleeve shirts should be 20-25 dollars, and if you want matching ties it should be 5 bucks a tie.

School uniforms can be exceedingly cheap if they are chosen properly. Standard slacks and a polo would be approximately $35-50 per student. General uniform requirements are cheaper than exact requirements.

For the polo and the pants, I'd say about $25-30 per outfit (so I suppose that would equal out to around $125-150 for a week's worth of clothes); especially if you are buying from a stor such as Walmart or a specific "school uniform vendor.
