What is the approximate life expectancy of a late-stage Alzheimer's patient who is unable to swallow and who has no gag reflex?

Alzheimers' is not a fatal disease. It can cause problems that lead to death, but in and of itself, it will not kill a patient. It has no predictable path. Consult your physician for more information about this patient's condition.
