Edith sang "Those were the Days", by Charles Stouse and Lee Adams. The song started "Boy the way Glen miller played, songs that made the hit parade, guys like us we had it made. those were the days. " The song ended with "Gee, our old LaSalle ran great, those were the days. "

It was "Those Were the Days" in which Archie & Edith sang about how their "old Lasalle ran great. " It was written by Lee Adams & Charles Strouse.
