Well the ABS sensor should be the same on any car. The construction may be different but the function is usually the same. It is a device at each wheel used by the computer to monitor wheel speed. Most times there is a ring with slots that is attached to a sensor that read how fast the wheel turns.

The ABS sensor is what controls the brakes during sudden braking to prevent the wheels from locking up and gives the driver controllability during sudden braking.
