Sublimed Sulphur is a major ingredient in herbal remedies. It is mainly used in the preparation of ointments for skin disorders and bacterial infections.
Sublimed sulfur can be used as a topical scabicide (to kill itch mites), an antiparasitic and in the treatment of various skin disorders. Until the seventeen century, it was also used as a diuretic and applied to wounds.
