"Reaganomics" was a set of economic policies promoted by former U. S. President Ronald Reagan. Essentially, he wanted to lower taxes and have a "smaller" government (a government that spended and regulated less). Some people justified Reagonomics by suggesting that lowering taxes would increase production (thus resulting in more taxable income, and actually increasing tax revenue despite the lower rates).

This is just the name that was given to the economy during the Reagan administration. The rich got richer and the poor got poorer while things got more expensive.
