In my opinion, golf is more difficult. The distance to accomplish one's goal is very long and involves complicated terrain in some instances. Also, the weather can interfere with the game. Another factor is just knowing the rules and which club to use. Playing golf with an unpleasant person could also make the game difficult.

I would think that golf is the more difficult game to play as you have to have the co-ordination to hit a small ball with a stick and make it go as far as you can in the right direction, whereas in bowling you have to aim a much bigger ball at some pins not too far away.

It would depend on your criteria of difficult. Both are good forms of exercise, and mind challenging. Being a pro at both is difficult. I would say they are equal.

Both sports require some flexibility and range of motion from the individual playing the game. You'll likely find that a game of golf may appear less urgent as you walk around the course but you'll be surprised at the need for concentration and strong movement when swinging. Bowling, on the other hand, is a more fast-paced game requiring srength.

Golf is way more difficult than bowling. There are a ton of skills associated with successfully playing golf. Although there are skills associated with bowling there is no comparison to the number required to play golf.
