What is meant by the term "kiddy corner" when talking about the sale of street drugs?

My friends say it all the time, to stay on the kiddy corner.

The "kiddy corner" is the corner located diagonally across from the corner where "kiddy crack" is sold. "Kiddy crack" is powdered oxycontin, usually cut with bicarbonate, or it's homemade amphetamine.

It's actually "kitty corner" or "catercorner", and it means "diagonally across the intersection." It's not specifically related to drug culture. I suspect they like to use it because it puts two crosswalks between them and anyone dealing with them.

The kiddy corner is the place where the drug addicts which are under 18 years of age meet and/or a shool yard close to a meeting point for drug addicts.
