Connect a halogen headlamp to the spade terminals that mate the DIS module to the coils. If the head lamp flashes when the engine is cranked, the CH sensor works.
Using digital voltmeter, ground one lead and backprobe each wire on the connected sensor while passing a magnet in front of sensor. Should see voltage fluctuation on one wire.
