What is involved in a tummy reduction surgery?

I had a multiple birth and hope to have tummy reduction surgery in the near future but I am scared about the pain.

Tummy reduction generally involves reduction of accumulation of fat in the abdomen along with which loose ,sagging skins are treated. Nowadays laser technique has come up which reduces the pain and can be done under local anesthesia.

They are going to go underneath the skin and lyposuction the excess fat that is in the area. They will most likely remove some skin in the area and sew u back up so it is more tight.

This is a major surgical procedure. You will undergo anesthesia during the procedure so you won't feel anything then. The surgery includes removing excess skin and tissue then suturing the new smaller area closed. You will initially be given IV pain medication then switched to oral medication. Although you will experience some discomfort, the medication should keep you fairly comfortable.

The muscle may be cut during the surgery. However, do to advanced technology the recovery time and pain associated with the procedure has seriously decreased.
