Economy seven is an energy tariff.It is basically a cheaper charge for electricity which is applied during night consumption.Electricity suppliers provide this tariff because consumption of electricity at night is very less.It starts from mid night to morning seven.

"Economy Seven" is energy tariff provide by United Kingdom electricity suppliers,this means that you pay a different price at different times of day and it uses different kind of meter.
