Dulse seaweed grows naturally in the North Atlantic and is harvested in Ireland, Scotland, Scandinavian countries, Canada and some parts of America. It is extremely healthy and can be used fresh or dried. There are very good recipes for bread with dulse, and also it can be made into a pesto for eating with pasta.
