RSR stands for "regular sinus rhythm. " This varies from patient to patient and depends on a number of factors. There is no absolute value that determines "normal. " A cardiologist is able to determine if the function of the heart is healthy and normal.

An RSR is actually an abnormal finding that can be seen on EKG. It can be seen in conditions such as a right bundle branch block or during a heart attack. The normal pattern seen in the heart is QRS.

A normal heart RSR is dependent on other factors. It is normal of your QRS is 85 but abnormal if your QRS duration is over 100.

A normal rsr tends to vary depending upon the person. From my research, there is no set value to go off of.
