The best and most healthy way to detox and cleanse is to fast for a few days and then use a diet of pure water, fruits and fiber. This will continue for at least a three week period and thus will detox and purify your system. It really does work.

Drinking only water and fresh fruit and vegetable juices, and cutting processed foods and excess salt out of your diet. Exercise will also bring detox benefits. Replacing meat with fish will help too, as will eating whole grains and seeds.

The best and healty way to detox is simple way is " PRANA YAMA" meens the breathing exersises. it is very simple and no cost i ffer only one exersise that as you wake up in your bed you can do it try once be in the laying position stretch your arm up take long breath and exhale 1weak

Another way to cleanse your system is to refrain from eating or breathing toxins. Your system will detox or cleanse itself if fed and exercised correctly.
