The worst thing you can do is play games, the best and only sure way to find out is to ask. You may start slow by asking what type of person interests her than take it from there.

You could do the easy thing and ask her out on a date, if she says yes then chances are she likes you and is interested in starting a relationship with you. Or you could talk with her friends and see what they say.

Lots of people will disagree, but the best way to see if she likes you is to pretend like you don't like her. Just don't do it for very long or she may lose interest. Just try ignoring her a little the next time you are around her and see if she seems upset.
