What is a good substitute for eggs in baking muffins?

I need an egg substitute.

powdered egg replacer...it is actually potato starch...you can get it at health food stores that carry bulk products or in a box at the health food section. Vegans use it instead of eggs. 1 tspn. potato starch for one egg in my banana bread and it came out great.

Egg Beaters is a good low cholesterol substitute for eggs that can be used in recipes. The label has the substitutions for certain numbers of eggs.

Canned pumpkin can work very well. In case you like soy, then I'd also recommend soy flour. Both are quite tasty and good for health.
