Making grape jelly is relatively simple. The best recipe I have found when making my grape jelly or even strawberry and rasberry jam is the one on the Certa box. You'll need to skin the grapes and smash the pulp of the grapes, cook it down and strain the juice you'll be using to make the jelly.

Grape jelly is make from resh grape juice, sugar and pectin. There are a number of basic recipes in canning books and pectin packages. To jazz it up, try adding cinnamon or cherry juice. Follow water bath processing directions carefully.

wash grapes and crush them, add sugar to this. mix all this and put this on a stove and heat until it starts to boil. And sieve the cooked grapes. Add some pectin into the hot strained juice & bring to a full boil. put the lids into hot water
