Check out his interests & hobbies and find something according to that. Examples would be very old whiskeys, a flight ticket to specific destination, a special edition of a book /comic he used to love. Or 60 tiny gifts, which are special to him e.g his favourite tea, candies, etc.

You could get him a nice watch or a tie or some cologne. A photo album or scrapbook of good memories of his life would also be nice if you are on a budget. If you have a lot of money, you could buy him a new Buick. Or a used one.
