If you have a judgment against you for debt, the creditor can put a lien on your property (car, home, etc. ), attach your wages or clear out your bank accounts. The best thing to do is contact the creditor to try to make some kind of arrangements for repayment to avoid future problems.

It this is a done deal you need to get an attorney asap to negogiate a payment schedule that you cn live with. Whatever you do make sure you do not ignore this or they can garnish your wages until the judgement is satisfied.

It depends upon the type of judgement. The judgement will explain any restrictions. If it's for money, the creditor can garnish your wages or seize assets.

Usually, when someone is judged, it is either based on the truth, or based on a falsehood. If it is true, then people have the right to their opinion and tell you about your short comings. If the judgement is based on a falsehood, then it is best to ignore it.

They can take your home, car, household goods, stocks, saving, checking account. Everthing you have will be sold off to pay the debt off, before the judgement will be dismiss.
