If a horse is drooling and his face is swelling he may have an infection and my be very sick. Something could also be lodged in his jaw. It is important to have a vet check the horse right away.

He probably ate something he's allergic to, or got into some kind of stinging/poisonous brush. It will likely go away, but if it doesn't, get attention.

If your horse is drooling and his face is swelling, there are many possibilites. He may have injured his jaw or mouth, he may be having an allergic reaction, or he may have an infection. Any of these is an emergency and you should contact a qualified veterinarian immediately.

You need to contact a DVM right away the horse either has an abcessing tooth or there is some other oral problem thats the only reason they would do that and have a good deal of swelling and do no wait to do this because the horse can lose its life.
