Foods with the highest vitamin K are green leafy vegetables like kale and spinach. Meats such as calf's liver and eggs are also good sources of vitamin K. The darker the vegetable, the more vitamin K.

Foods in the cabbage family are great sources of Vitamin K, including broccoli, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower, which has the highest levels of Vitamin K. Dark, green, leafy vegetables like kale and spinach are also good sources. Keep in mind that the preparation of these foods is important; overcooking vegetables reduces the vitamin/nutrient content.
