What exercise can fix fat thighs?

The best way to reduce the size of your thighs is combine weight loss with toning exercises. It's impossible to reduce the size of any single body part, but you can tone your thighs by doing squats and lunges. Cardiovascular exercise (like running and cycling) is also beneficial as it can tone your thigh muscles while aiding weight loss.

Cardiovascular exercise is vital to lower your fat percentage. There is no was to target the exact location; you most lower your body fat percentage overall. Eat right with lots of fruit and vegetables.

Fat in the thighs or other parts of the body cannot be targeted with specific exercises. You must simply exercise regularly, burning more calories than you take in.
