It is different for everyone at different points. At the beginning you may feel sick. As you move forward you will feel fluttering and later movement.

Some women get bouts of morning sickness, especially at the beginning, so their stomach does not feel too well. Towards the end of pregnancy, the stomach becomes compressed. So, you can feel full faster. Sometimes, you even hear gurgling sounds (like you're hungary). You may recognize the sounds but they will be from a different place than normal.

It's often upset and uneasy. At first it's usually due to the Nausea and Vomiting that most women end up getting. Later in the pregnancy it's usually due to things like heartburn or the baby pushing on your insides.

In early pregnancy your stomach feels no different than when you are not pregnant, but as the baby goes your stomach becomes tighter, you feel movement as the baby grows and can even tell when he or she has hicups.
