"Walk it out" is a phrase I've heard used often in sports. Athletes are told to "walk off" an injury. It can also be applied to other things such as being put down or dealing with a tough situation.

Walk it out is a metaphor that has two meanings: 1) to stretch a tight muscle so that it doesn't become more injured. 2) to overcome any problem without complaining.
