What does it mean when your car makes a noise on a right turn?

Depending on the noise, it could be the result of a bad CV Axle, which mean the joint could be damaged or not properly lubricated. Also the noise could be a result of a bad wheel bearing, which could cause noise from wear and tear on the bearing over time.

Well if you have a front will drive car then it sounds like your cv joint is going bad. One side will start to make noise, typically a clicking, due to the joint being worn.
