Your dog could possible have an ear infections, or could just be a simple case of dry nose. Kind of like when humans get chapped lips.

If the skin on a dog is peeling it means there is a lack of moisture for the animal in that area. An ear infection often uses antibiotics to clear up and those can lead to drying of the mucus membranes under the nose, leading to the peeling skin you are seeing.

I don't believe it would have any relation to the ear infection; it just sounds like your dog has either dry skin irritation or has scratched that area up a little. Try keeping the area as clean as possible and put some ointment (if your dog lets you) on the area twice daily.

It could mean that your dog has a sunburn under her nose. Something also could have irritated the skin there, such as something the dog sniffed. Keep an eye on her nose, the peeling should stop after a little while.
