It could mean hemorrhoids or even a small tear made while moving your bowels. If it continues or there is a lot of blood, see your doctor.

Bright red blood is usually not serious. It can be a symptom of hemorroids or a small anal fissure due to constipation and straining or anal intercourse. However, if there is a large amount of blood or the bleeding continues, see your doctor.

If you are not menstruating, you may have a hemmeroid or tear in the skin down there. It is always a good idea to see your Dr for blood

Blood on the toilet paper could be because some skin has torn or due to rough wiping. If there is blood in the feces or stool then call the doctor.
