This could simply mean that the mole has become infected. Pus or other material are often evident in such cases. Clear or oily fluid is a potential sign of an abcess. Seek medical attention to make sure that your mole has not become cancerous. Get it checked, but don't worry in the meantime.

Any change from a mole is a heads-up to you to seek treatment, it can mean skin cancer, though it may just mean an ingrown hair or pimple.

Discharge from a mole is an indication that something more serious is going on. It can mean an infection or can indicate that the mole is cancerous. Any time there is a change to an existing mole, such as a change in size, shape, color, or the addition of discharge, you should see a dermatologist.

Having a discharge from a mole is not a normally occurring condition and should be evaluated by your family doctor or dermatologist as soon as your can.

I would think it would mean that you could have cancer. You would definitely need to get that checked out. Moles should not leak.
