Pimples on legs is a usual problem. The causes behind this are friction leading to irritation. Allow your skin pores to breathe. To treat it, you can put antibiotic creams and keep your skin pores clean and clog-free.

A lot of times pimples appear on the legs due to shaving. Or they may appear as a result of long slacks rubbing the legs' hair follicles and the bumps appear.

Nothing too serious, probably, although one could get infected if left untreated. Make sure you are cleaning yourself once a day. Pimples start because dirt and other material gets into your skin's pores. Taking a shower once a day and soaping up your legs really well should prevent pimples from returning in the future.

It means that the pores in your legs have gotten dirt or grease in them at some time or other and you need to use some form of acne cleanser on them.
